Windows 10: Error 0x80004005 Window 10 update Failure 1909 to 20H2

hi,

My Dell XPS13 laptop is still running Win10 v1909, and fails updates to 2004 or 20H2.

I get errors 0x80070057, 0x80004005 or 0x80070660.


I have temporarily disabled anitvirus/malware software, and renamed software distribution.catroot2 folders as per old thread

I did notice that when I force cryptsvc to stop, it auto-restarts soon after?

Also wuauserv was not running when I attempting ot stop it


now that 1909 is going end of life, is there any newer fixes for this error?
