    Everytime I try to update windows or update .NET Framework I get this errorI tried the following:Reseting Microsoft StoreRunning Windows security scan[Even though I completed only about 95% of the scan] it detected two threats A worm and A TrojanDownloader I tried again but it didn't workRunning Windows update troubleshooter
