each time I try to open an app on the windows 10 app store I get the error 0x8000ffff

Error 0x8000FFFF means that there's a restriction on your network to prevent you from downloading apps from
Microsoft Store. To resolve this, you need to disable the proxy.

To do so, follow these steps:

• Press Windows + R to open
  Run window.
• Type inetcpl.cpl, then
  press Enter.
• Click Connections tab, then click LAN settings.
• Uncheck the Use proxy server for your LAN.
• Click Ok to apply changes.
• Click OK to close Internet Properties.
