Windows 10: Error 0x8002801D Mainly library not registered issue

i can't see to get any windows update, install oculus app because of this error -------> 0x8002801D


Tried /sfc scannow only for the operation to fail

Tried DCIM.exe /online.... for it to fail too

Tried using Windows Media Creation tool to upgrade my PC, which failed at the end


Seeing the logs says that library is not registered and turning on services.msc gave me a prompt that a service mmcmdmgr.dll is missing its library. Any help guys???

OLE error code 0x8002801d: Library not registered?

I tryied to execute the Code Reference menu in Visual FoxPro 9\Windows 10 but was denied because of:

"OLE error code 0x8002801d: Library not registered". I already tried to remove Microsoft Security Essentials as mention in previous Window version.

 

Register Type library in Windows 10

when I tried to register a type library - LblVW32.tlb - in windows 10 i am getting this error the error reads as follows

register type library c:\windows\syswow64\Lblvw32.tlb failed: the error returned was 8002801c

any solutions or suggestions please

Duplicate Music Library Sign Windows 10
