2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070002

Not sure how to get around this. I've tried the Microsoft troubleshooter but no luck. I've also tried installing the specific KB4467702 785mb file but I get thrown an error message stating "Windows Update Standalone Installer. The update is not applicable to your computer".

Ran Command in Adminstrator for both DISM and SFC and reported back that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Have not tried the next step for "in-place upgrade" but sounds like a nuclear option.

Anything else I can try? Kind of annoying that upgrades are being held hostage from this entry.

Windows Defender (SCEP 2012) when clicked on Update defenitions throws 0x80070002 error
