Windows 10: Error 0x80070005

I have spent months trying to install Sea Of Thieves from the xbox app but I am always given the Error 0x80070005 I have tried every solution i have come across but to no avail. I made enough space to try installing the game on to my C: drive instead of my D: drive only to find that the app also has no permissions to install it on to there either, despite me making it so that EVERYONE has permissions to install there. I am close to giving up and trying it accept the fact that the money and time spent has been a complete waste. unless there is some miracle fix to be found here.
