Windows 10: Error 0x8007000D - 0xA001B

I'm trying to install the Windows installer intro my USB and it shows me this error, i need this to install windows on my new laptop and idk what to do. Could someone help me? Answers can be written in English or Spanish

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
