Windows 10: error 0x8007000D .

when i want to rename a folder , it always shows me an error pop up that says to me that it's impossible and there is an eroor . It has been like this for like 1year and half and i don't know the problem. If you know how i can solve it , i'll be really grateful . Thanks.

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
