Windows 10: Error 0x80070015 when I download.

I was downloading a game on my Xbox app. My download got disconnected and try to resume it after restarting. It doesn't allow me to resume it and giving me the error 0x80070015 "connect your storage.. " how to fix this , I tried to reinstall entirely but still having same concern.

Delivery Optimization is off and those registry keys don't exist.
I downloaded Windows Repair 2018 from tweaking.com. I'm not sure I have the right tool.
Item #17 is Repair CD/DVD missing/not working.
Item #26 is Set Windows Services to default Startup.
Were those item numbers the exact items you want me to run or just random numbers off the top of your head? Also, does that need to run in safe mode as the program tells you when it starts up?
The Windows Update MiniTool failed to install updates with the same error. (0x80070015)
There was a different error listed on the overall updated Failed list. 0x80240022)

Windows 10 automatic backup error 0x80070015

I've had the same problem as everyone else in this thread. I found this suggestion (proposed by Sachin Venkatesh, MS, back in 2015) worked for me:

Follow the steps to check if the backup service is started.

• Press Windows + R keys, type services.msc.
• search Volume Shadow Copy and double click on it.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Click on Start in Service status and check.

Mine was set to Manual... I changed it to Automatic and the backup immediately started running.
