Windows 10: error 0x80070017 downloading KB5013942 - 21H2 CU for W10 does not download at all.

This morning I had a bunch of updates to install ending with:2022-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5013942This gave the error message below:There were problems downloading some updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: 0x80070017.After rebooting and trying again I find that it failed again at 0%.currently, there are no other updates to download but this one.Any help appreciatedR[NGWW10L1]

maybe list the specific file you are trying to download. I also just grabbed a download with no issues, and good speed.

 

Error with downloaded file

I just downloaded the Realtek 1.84 drivers for xp from TPU and I get an error message. I redownloaded a lot of times but still nothing. I can't download it from anywhere else because everywhere else I tried i get very low transfer rate
