Windows 10: Error 0x80070017 while installing Windows 11

Hello, so I have encountered this error when I try to install Windows 11, I have checked my laptop before installing if it meets the requirements and it does. I tried running troubleshoot but it doesn't work. When I go to Windows Update, it already tell me that Windows 11 is ready to install without the need to download Windows 11 Assistant from Microsoft but on the bottom it says the following:Error encountered"Your device is missing important security and quality fixes." this line is colored red"There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. Can't Install error 0x80070017

I have created a USB install drive with Windows USB/DVD Tool and successfully created a Virtual Machine with Virtual Box.
The virtual machine works fine so now I want to run dual boot with Win 7 64bit. Using the same USB drive the installation stalls at preparing files 11% and after some time stops with message "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing... Error Code: 0x80070017."
I am trying to install to a spare hard disk and tried with it formatted and as unallocated space.
I am certain the USB drive is OK as I used the same drive to create a virtual machine without problems.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

when i install a windows 10 pro 64 bit the install stop in 80% and give my an error code 0x80070017

please help me to fix this error
