Windows 10: error 0x8007001F - 0x3000D Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2

Hello, I’ve tried every possible method to upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 currently on 23H2. My PC is fully compatible. At the end of the upgrade process, for example using the ISO, I encounter the error 0x8007001F - 0x3000D. The installation fails during the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error in the MIGRATE_DATA operation.I’ve tried numerous solutions regedit, gpedit, chkdsk, sfc scannow, restarting repeatedly, too many to list here, so if you have any suggestions, I’m all ears. Additionally, I tested reinstalling Windows 23H2 on my current setup using an ISO, and the same error occurred.My confi

Windows 11 update to 23H2 fails with error 0x8007001F - 0x3000D

I first tried to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter. After doing so it will say "Problems Found - Check for Windows Update issues -> Detected". I will then try and run Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version). Each time I will get the same install error - 0x8007001f.

When I then try to run a DISM command such as /scanhealth I will get the following return -

"Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

Version: 10.0.22621.2792

Image Version: 10.0.22631.3527

[== 4.9% ]

Error: 1009

The configuration registry database is corrupt."

When I try to use sfc /scannow I will get a return of -

" Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.





Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."

Trying then to use a usb device with the windows 11 media creation tool 23H2 I will get the error -

"0x8007001F - 0x3000D

The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation"

The setuperr file is empty but the setupact log file for the latest attempt is included here - setupact.log

 

Windows 7 upgrade to 10 error 0x8007001F - 0x3000D

Repeatedly getting this same error, and rollback to Windows 7. Any help most appreciated! SetupDiag, Disk Management, Minitool Partition Wizard files here. Log-collector gave an error--screencap attached.

No non-Microsoft antivirus installed.

One other wrinkle: my motherboard's network input is fried, so I am using a network-USB adapter for internet--the upshot being that I can't unplug *all* USB devices (except keyboard/mouse) during the download phase of the update. I did try unplugging it after the download, and got the same error as usual.

Getting 0x8007001F-0x3000D error during MIGRATE_DATA Windows 11 Installation

I have tried installing Windows 11 for almost 10 times now but keeps giving me error code 0x8007001F-0x3000D.

I tried searching for this error and seen using the Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 would fix my issue but it gives the same error message when i try that (0x8007001F-0x3000D) i dont know what im doing wrong just need some help.

System info- Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz

RAM 16.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
