Windows 10: Error 0x8007007e

I have a problem installing version 1803 of Windows 10. I get an error code 0x8007007e late during the downloading process

My original error code on Windows 10 Update is Error 0x8007007e

Tried the suggested DISM with following errors

 

Printer configuration error : 0x8007007e
