Windows 10: Error 0x800700c1 in windows update and windows feature

i have error 0x800700c1 when i try to update windows. i try to do these things but it dont work1:windows troubleshooter but it say detected but it dont fix2:"DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" but it still dont work3:i have tried to downgrade to 22H2 but it say install failed4:i have tried a solutions from internet but it still dont workWindows i used: Windows 11 Pro Insider preview 23H2 Build 22631.2050sorry i dont have screenshot

I have got the error 0x800700C1 and could not update KB3115259, KB3167685, KB3163018 & KB3149135 since a week ago. I tried both you two methods but the result was the same. I don't wish to follow hbja to go back to "Factory Setting". Can you help me sort
it out with other solutions?
