Windows 10: Error 0x800700c1 on Older Laptop

Hi I can’t seem to be able to get my laptop to update. It has been 2019 since last updated so she may be a factor but hoping I can still get the laptop updated and runnings again.I’ve tried troubleshooting and it fixed an issue wi th updating windows but I can’t remember details.I used a link to try and download a new update I’m trying to attach photos of what updates I am trying to get and what my current update is. Error 0x800700c1 in windows 10

I have got the error 0x800700C1 and could not update KB3115259, KB3167685, KB3163018 & KB3149135 since a week ago. I tried both you two methods but the result was the same. I don't wish to follow hbja to go back to "Factory Setting". Can you help me sort
it out with other solutions?

Method 2:
