Hello, I use the computer a lot. There was an error in Windows 10. Error 0x800700CE: Filename or extension too long error I changed it to windows 11 and it did not work again.
1. It happens in every folder.
2.System new
3. It happened in every folder and when I reset it. I can't name the folder, but I can do it from winrar.

By default, Windows uses a path length limitation (MAX_PATH) of 256 characters: Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces.

Is the "New Folders" nested deep in many layers of folders?

Try using 7zip's file manager to rename them.
