Windows 10: error 0x8007016A

While I'm chatting with openAI.com, suddenly I lost my files in my C drive. I saw them disappear in front of my eyes. The book I have worked on has two versions English and Vietnamese. Now, they are gone. I got message error 0X8007016A. How can I get them back? I saw one drive personal appears. Now, it locks. I cannot even get in my documents.
