    Error 0x800701DB


    I am getting brown boxes on my documents for my work shared drive and when I attempt to open them I get the error code 0x800701DB, with the message: "The cloud provider failed to acknowledge a message before the time-out expired". I cannot find any results for this error code online and thus am unsure how to fix.
