Windows 10: Error 0x800703e6 Windows 10 Pro- Can someone help me fix my pc or factory restore it.

Hello. I am Experiencing an Error Currently with downloading and installing updates in windows and other third party devices. it started when i was trying to download a driver for a Wacom driver for my tablet. it would not recognize the device. and i had a driver error. i also tried to plug in a regular storage usb and found out that it would not reconize it as a device. I went to check on my windows update and saw that it failled to update. I told it to retry the updates but they all failled after that. so then i tried to update my drivers for my motherboard and those failed to update as well

Windows XP PRO error after restore

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.
