Windows 10: Error 0x800703f1 in windows update

I am getting this error when checking for updates and my current OS Build is 19041.610. I tried sfc /scannow and dism commands but they also return errors such as "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." and "The configuration registry database is corrupt." respectively. So if I use the Media Creation tool to upgrade my PC to version 21H1 will there be any data loss? or is there another method to resolve the issue.

Drivers won't update, errors 0x800703f1 and 0x80070002

I have about 20 drivers that need updating. Windows version 18363. The updates download but fail to install. All report error 0x80070002 or 0x800703f1.

I've tried:

• Clearing the download files and restarting the update service.
• Running the troubleshooter
• sfc /scannow
• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, which seemed to hang after the scan.
• perfmon /report, which shows that one service is crashing
• Using the Device Manager to install individual drivers
• Various other remedies proposed; I googled the error codes and followed up...

Suggestions?

 

Error 0x800703f1 always fail to update Windows 10

I've upgrade windows 7 home basic to windows 10 on early August 2015 and then get some updates thru windows update, but unfortunately since end of September 2015 until now, I always fail to update Windows 10, the error message
always appear :

  note :windows defender update is still working thru windows update
  
  it makes me disappointed, is there Any body can help me?
