Windows 10: Error 0x800703f1

I keep getting this error message:


2019-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4480966) - Error 0x800703f1


I'm so sick of all the "solutions" to no avail. I even contacted Microsoft Support. They took remote control of my system, said it was fixed, and told me to finish the install they started. After a couple hours, I got the same message. I have tried every solution in the community - trouble shooter, audio driver, scan disc, etc. It locks up my laptop every time it tries to run. I'm seriously considering going with Apple just to avoid this crap. Oh, and BTW, I'm a retired IT professional.


So basically, my OS has not updated since last spring. I've invested countless hours.


If ANYONE has some other solution than a clean install, I would love to hear it.

..Windows update 1511 (KB 3185614) failed to update

..Feature update to Windows 10 version 1607 failed to update .

....Macrosoft Keyboard driver missing cant downloaded .

...Try contact Toshiba ----they as whats happend for the last 5 years with Windows 7,8 and they didnt ask any more.

..I got copy of System Info File and System Log file . I got problem with USB ports as they do not want to read USB and WD external drives.
