Windows 10: error 0x80070422

so everytime i try to download app or game from microsoft store
the error 0x80070422 appears to me and i've try to run troubleshooter but it didn't fix it and i've also searched for many solutions but it didn't fix it
i'm really want help cause this error is so annoying

In almost all cases you may have probably disabled BITS reason why you are getting an error code 0x80070422. May we ask if you already
install the latest update on your PC to check if it's the one might be causing the issue? If you've already tried updating
