Windows 10: Error 0x80070424

I am not able to install updates or download from Windows Store. I tried opening regsvr32 wuaueng.dll through RUN but it said the module wuaueng.dll was loaded but entry point DllRegisterServer was not found and that to make sure if the dll file is valid or not. What do I do?
