Windows 10: Error 0x80070426 in Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Store

Good afternoon. Help me please, I have error 0x80070426 when syncing with your programs like Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Store. I want to start the "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant" service, but I can't find it in services.msc. What can I do with it if I don't have this service? I looked at similar threads but nothing helped. Checked the integrity of the files done, it could not help me.

Cannot install things in Microsoft Store, error 0x80070426, no solutions worked

I cannot install Ubuntu on my machine, infact I can't install anything through the Microsoft Store. I get an error 0x80070426.

I have googled the problem and followed all the instructions I found (see list below) and I completed almost all of the steps appropriately with the exception of being able to stop the WinDefend service in task manager / msconfig. Before trying to install
Ubuntu I followed commands from here, which is a command which I think basically enables linux to be used: Install WSL | Microsoft Docs. At the bottom there is no way for me to comment about my problem, so here it is.

I would like to work with some Linux, but I'd also just like to be able to use my PC normally, please help!
