Windows 10: Error 0x8007042b - 0x4000D when trying to update Windows 10.

As the title says, I tried several times to update Windows 10 to version 1903 currently I am on 1803 but i keep getting the error 0x8007042b - 0x4000D with the message "The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation". Tried some solutions without any succes and I thought i could get some help here.Cabrel.

1-From the Start Menu, go to Settings.

2-Now navigate to the Update and Security section.

3-On the left panel, select the Troubleshoot option.

4-Now select Windows Update from the available options and click

5-Run the troubleshooter button.

Error code 0x8007042B - 0x4000D

Hi, I'd need your help.

I've tried to upgrade my current Win 7 Pro-version into Win 10 Pro-version, but the error code appeared in the final stage of the installing every time:

Error code 0x8007042B - 0x4000D
The installation failed in the stage SECOND_BOOT because the error took place during the function MIGRATE_DATA

In the control panel, Windows Update-section has been called as error code 0x8007042B - 2000D and there weren't any solution for this error in the guidelines .

I ran the sfc /scannow in the cmd and there weren't any defragmentations.

How could I get this error code fixed ?

My goal is to preserve all my music making plugins & files as they are in Win 7, so I'd like to keep some of my old files (Program files/Vstplugins, Program files (x86)/Vstplugins etc.) from Win7 to Win 10.

just started to research this...

0x8007042B - 0x4000D failed in the second boot phase with an error in the migrate_data option

the worst part is, the restore messed up my computer ... have an error with windows\system32\rasadhlp.dll file and the online help doesn't repair it.

should i try to get the update to work and hope that fixes the dll problem?

i'm gonna do a clean boot and reinstall it and see if that works.

... and it worked. I forgot the clean boot upgrade/update trick til I saw it... I had to do it to upgrade from 7 to 10.
