Windows 10: Error "0x80070490" in the Event Viewer. What are the reasons for its appearance?

Hello!In the Event Viewer, I have an error "0x80070490" related to "Microsoft Windows DeviceSetupManager" Event ID: 131, 201.In the Event Viewer, I noticed that the error appeared on the day I reinstalled Windows.After a while, when I went to Device Manager, I saw "Other Devices" and there were "PCI Memory Controller" and "SM Bus Controller".And also if I go to Hardware and Sound - Devices and Printers, a clock sign appears next to my devices and printers. And in Event View, there are errors.My motherboard is ASUS PRIME H310M-K R2.0. Then I went to the "Chipset" tab on the official website,

Error in Event Viewer

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.



I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

1. Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select
   Event Viewer.
   
2. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select
   Applications.
   
3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside
   Error and click OK.
   
4. Now, look for a critical Error in the list and note down the message/information from the
   General Tab in the lower section.

EVENT VIEWER ERRORS

Hi,

There are instances that Event Viewer errors can be harmless due to the reason that it's only being listed on your Event Viewer logs for documentation purposes during the upgrade process. For us to properly assist you in figuring out if you're in the same
situation, we'd like to clarify the following details:

  Are you encountering any performance related issues?
  
• 
  Are there any applications or programs that do not work as expected? If so, which are those?
  
• 
  Can you send us a screenshot of the errors you're seeing?

EVENT VIEWER ERRORS

I have a massive list of errors on the Event Viewer Log particularly but not only under Administrative Events. Errors are categorized under DistributedCOM , AppModel-Runtime and/or WindowsUpdateClient amongst others. Will someone please tell me what
I can do to rectify these. As far as I can tell, these errors first appeared on the Event Viewer Log in October 2015 when my 8.1 machine was upgraded to Windows10 and they are llisted on the log since then. I am very worried about this.
