Windows 10: Error 0x80070490 when installing gaming services.

Hi, I have a new pc and i wanted to install game but it gave me an error 0x80070490 when installing gaming services. What should i do, i tried some ways that i found on the internet and on the microsoft support but nothing worked. My pc is brand new and gaming services were never installed here

Gaming Services and the Minecraft Launcher Will Not Install

Error code: 0x80070490

Device: Brand new Acer Nitro 17.

I'm trying to install the Minecraft Launcher. When I click install and go to the Library page of the Windows Store I see it's trying to install both the MC Launcher and also Gaming Services. Both fail to install and give the above error code.

Things I've tried:
1) Windows Update - I've installed all updates, including optional updates.

2) Resetting the Gaming Services app via the Apps menu. Gaming Services IS NOT IN THE LIST.

3) Resetting the Windows Store per this suggestion (Redirecting)

4) wsreset.exe

While resetting the Windows Store I get a number of errors. I've pasted the results of step 2.3 here: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could - Pastebin.com

While resetting the Windows Store and reinstalling Gaming Services (step 3.2 and 3.3 in the suggestion above)

Error 0x80070490

Thanks for the fast reply i disabled the AV and the SuS server. I went through the steps of starting and stopping the services and get the same results Error 0x80070490. Let me know if you have any other troubleshooting steps that i can try.

 

Error 0x80070490 when trying to install games from Xbox PC app

I have the PC Xbox app and previously it was working normally, but recently whenever I try to install anything it stops immediately with error code 0x80070490. I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting page (restart, update everything, reinstall the gaming services). Windows Update and the Microsoft store seem to be behaving normally, it's just the Xbox app specifically that's giving me trouble. I contacted Xbox support and we tried a few additional troubleshooting steps, but I'm still having the same problem so they sent me here.
