Windows 10: Error 0x80070490

Discus and support Error 0x80070490 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I am getting this error when trying to update/upgrade machines to the april 1803 version using or sus server.     Error 0x80070490


    I am getting this error when trying to update/upgrade machines to the april 1803 version using or sus server. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps that microsoft recommends and keep getting this error when i retry. I have disabled the sus in the registry and it still will not go any help is appreciated.
