Windows 10: Error '0x800704C6' When attempting to download Minecraft: Legends from Windows store

I had bought a code for Minecraft: Legends for the windows store, and had attempted to download it, upon trying to download it, I got a 'connection error' which is strange because everything else I download on not only the windows store, but on other platforms, such as Steam, it downloads flawlessly. And upon taking some advice from a forum, to fix connectivity issues, I had been told to complete a 'soft reboot' where I disable all windows services. I could not then log into my PC afterwards, costing my roughly £50 to get it diagnosed and logged back into. This error '0x800704C6' 'Check your i

The problem code 0x800704c6 is a problem with detecting network connectivity. That's odd since the store actually added OneNote to the list of apps needed to be updated while the existing queued updates were refusing to be updated do to this error. Then,
also the OneNote update would report this error code. It sais "Acquiring licences" then it sais "Check your internet connection. See details" which will show the error code 0x800704c6.

I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter, the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and wsreset, then rebooted. After reboot, apps updated quickly and seamlessly after I opened the store, clicked my portrait and picked "Downloads and updates".

After the last update I am now getting a new error in the Windows store when I go to update apps. The error code is 0x800704C6.

WSRESET didn't fix it.

I ran the windows store apps troubleshooter, and that came back with nothing.

I am not sure what to do next.

Is this a common issue like the last windows store error I was having?

I am running a surface pro 3 if needed.
