Windows 10: Error 0x800704db Update Windows 11 Insider Preview 26058.1000 ge_release.

My last update was on 4/12/2023 Windows 11 Insider Preview 26002.1000 rs_prerelease. I've tried a lot of search to fix this, included Microsoft help. Windows 11 Insider Preview 26052 (ge_release) update gets stuck when restarting the computer

Windows 11 Insider preview 10.0.26052.1100 (ge_release) update is getting stuck when restarting the computer in the update process. It downloads and seemingly installs well while in the first Windows Update phase, then comes the restart prompt, I restart, updates seem to be installing up to 100% and then the system reboots. That's when it gets stuck: the rolling circle on restart freezes and though I waited hours, nothing happened. Completely stuck. Tried it more than once with the same result.

I have a brand new late 2023 Lenovo Legion 5 Slim with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB memory. I am running Windows 11 in the Dev Insider channel.

Any hint?

That Insider update seems to be only available in ISO format, you would need to use the ISO to perform an in-place upgrade to get that KB5036078 build.
