Windows 10: error 0x80070643 Try everything but nothing seems to work... HELP

Windows update reports error 0x80070643 and sometimes 0x8007000d. Tried System File Checker and DISM. Also renamed distributionfiles and catroot2.Nothing seems to work. I don't like reinstalling windows, because I don't have the installation software of some of my older installed programs.Anybody some new suggestions?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
