Windows 10: error 0x80070643 while installing an app

Hello!

I'm trying to install an app on Windows 10. But it fails showing an error 0x80070643.
Tried all the advised methods concerning .Net framework, or Windows defender. Even reinstalled Windows 10. Did all the updates manually. Nothing helps.


Please help!

Hey

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
