Windows 10: error 0x80070643

hello how could i fix the error 0x80070643, i have been trying many ways but none of them seems to work. I get the error when im trying to update my windows 10 please help.

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
