Windows 10: Error 0x80070643

I am getting error 0x80070643 while windows is trying to update Linux kernel in wsl to version 5.4.72

Currently I am using 5.4.9 as my Linux Kernel version

Can anyone provide solution for this error

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
