    I have this problem too. Skype preview will not run nor will it update/reinstall.

    I have a Windows 10 machine. How do I get rid of error code 0x8007064A when trying to install apps? I find many solutions for people using Windows 8, but can't find for Windows 10.

    We'd like to inform you that we have an ongoing known issue with downloading and updating games through the Windows Store app, specifically for Gears of War 4 and possibly Forza Horizon 3.

    You may reset first your Windows Store, then reinstall your Forza Horizon 3. To reset, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key+R.
    • Type WSReset.exe, then hit Enter.

    Note: Should you encounter any issue after Windows Store reset, please contact our
    Microsoft Store Sales and Customer Support phone team.
