Windows 10: Error 0x8007139f - my pin is not working.

My pin for windows 11 does not seem to be working in many places for me. It works just fine when logging in, but when allowing administrator to programs, it says "something went wrong error 0x8007139f. I have looked far and wide for a solution, but none seem to work for me. Is there a way to do this without painfully and manually moving all of my stuff on my current account to a new one?!

Pin Error 0x8007139f

Every time I try to log on with my pin I get error code 0x8007139f. It began by happening occasionally, but now it's completely unusable. When I try to change my Pin I get something like "service not available now."

I've seen problems like this with Windows store, but I don't use the store. (I do use Windows 365). Some have suggested that an anti-virus program may be causing the problem. I use Windows Defender. I haven't downloaded any new software recently.

Any ideas of how to fix this?

I did all of steps 1 and 2. SFC found nothing but I ran DISM anyway. The Pin still gave me the same error, but now at least it let me change the Pin. I've logged out and logged back in twice with the new Pin and it worked, so maybe for some reason it just
didn't like that number. Anyway, it seems to be working now.
