Windows 10: Error 0x80071771 on USB file

A while ago I tried to lock a video file on a usb stick but it was not working so I pulled it out before it finished bad on my part I know. Each time I try to open it up it in a player it comes up as a black screen and I get the error code 0x80071771 when I try to view the file ownership. Is there any way I can get it to open properly? Thanks.

Can't open files. Error 0x80071771
