    Hi,I have files in thumbdrive which is encrypted in other device but recieve an error message when I try to open it: "Excel cannot access XXX. The document may be read-only or encryted" and there is no way for me to edit, as you can see there is no "Security" tab right click>properties>security>advance. I have been tried to removed the "Encrypt" option under the "Advanced" tab but it also showed an error message: "The specified file could not be decrypted". It showed that the file owner's is "Everyone" under the "Detail" tab. Is there any other way to decypt the files? p/s: I don't
