Windows 10: Error 0x80071771

Hello,


I one of the folders in my hard drive that I encrypt with Windows EFT, but after I upgrade my windows system, suddenly I lost my access to the folder,
It looks like this:




Then if I try to open one document:





When I try to see the "Property" of the folder, it looks like:




Then I clicked "Advanced"
