Windows 10: Error 0x8007232B

I have a problem, i recently had my windows expire, so I decided to reinstall it and buy an online key, luckily, I went to settings before buying the key, and I saw this:

"We can’t activate Windows on this device as we can’t connect to your organization’s activation server. Make sure that you’re connected to your organization’s network and try again. If you continue having problems with activation, contact your organization’s support person. Error code 0x8007007B."

I saw other questions and I saw an answer that sayed that the best option is to buy an hole new windows, which I won't, because having a laptop/PC doesn't mean you are rich, and a whole new windows would be a hole in my wallet.

I have to mention, if I click on Troubleshoot is says that:
"We found a Windows 10 Home digital license for this device running Windows 10 Pro. To Activate using the digital license, you need to install Windows 10 Home"

The laptop came with Windows 10 Pro.

Should Also mention that I once had a problem with it and gave it to a friend who works as a computer teacher at a High School.

Activation Error 0x8007232B


On Domain environment recently upgraded Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Update Server but Windows 10 Pro unable to activate.
However i click on manual activation button but nothing happens.

Steps i Already performed :

I also call and talk with Microsoft representative he told me that we have volume license keys and you are not allowed to upgrade to windows 10.
It is very strange situation.
I had upgraded to Windows 10 by two methods one was downloaded Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and installed second method was patch with Microsoft Windows Update Server.
On Second method Windows 10 was not activated however from first method activated successfully both have Volume License Key.

I do not understand both machine (Activated & Non Activated) have Volume License but Activated one was that who was upgrade through Microsoft tool.

Just followed steps from below link , error changed but still unable to activated.
