Windows 10: Error 0x80072EE2

I am trying to install the Minecraft Launcher on my Windows 10 PC through the Microsoft store but every time I try to install it I get the Error 0x80072EE2. I dont know what to do.

80070141 error and 0x80072ee2

I have error code 80070141 I kept trying t fix it but count, I looked all over the windows help guide and I think I had found it but had to go to the Windows store, then I had another problem error code 0x80072ee2 and I found the problem and did everything
they told me STEP-by-STEP and still nothing happened and I still have the same problem. Im just trying to download pictures and videos from my windows 8 phone (lumia 810) to my windows 8 computer.
