Windows 10: Error 0x80072F8F - 0x20000 on Windows 7

Hello, so my friends computer is on Windows 7 and they want to update to Windows 10. I’ve been trying to help him for the past few hours, but the Media Creation Tool keeps coming up with the 0x80072F8F error. I have gone through countless forums and websites claiming to have found the fox but to no avail. Here’s the things I’ve tried so far:- Running MCT from a clean boot- Editing the Windows Update RegEdit files- Doing stuff in cmd - Updating to the newest Win7 update first also came up with an error code- Turning off antivirusIf anyone knows any other fixes, I would be grateful.P.S. Hi,
i just want create installation USB, but i cant run this tool on Windows 7 due error 0x80072f8f - 0x20000.
What should I do? Tried administration privileges and turn off antivirus.
