Windows 10: Error 0x80073701 on new update

Hello, I recently encountered error 0x80073701 while doing 2023-08 cunulative update for .NET Framework, I did other updates and they all worked fine, its just this one, is this because im on the get updates as soon as they're available to you feature, or no?

A web site suggested I try clean booting. I tried it. It didn't help.
