Windows 10: Error 0x80073701 while installing cumulative update 2023-01 for Win 10 x64 22H2 KB5022282

The error is associated with SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING according to CBS.log. I have tried the following commandsism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthandsfc /scannowbut no corrupted files were found after checking.Tried installing this cumulative update manually by downloading from the Microsoft Update Catalog but ended up with the same error.It seems to me that this problem is related to the corruption of Net framework 4.8 files. But the fact is that on Win 10 you can’t just reinstall this program. The not-so-smart people at Microsoft have forbidden the removal of this program. The only way

Why is my laptop repeating the request to install 2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022282)?

I have installed and re-installed it several times with no problem except that after 36 hours I receive the notice to do the process over.... again.
