Windows 10: Error 0x800f0922 appears EVERYWHERE

Hi


Kinda desperate here, error 0x800f0922 appears in several things i try to do such as :

1. Install SQL Express 2014

2. Install Windows updates KB4520062, KB4519338


I'v already tried to :

1. sfc/ scannow

2. DISM restorehealth

3. Turn on Windows freaturs .NET (got the same error 0x800f0922)

3.DISM.exe /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess (again , got the same error)
4. Turn off the firewall and try to install updates

5. Delete and reinstall both updates and SQL ( also reinstall .NET)

6.Set App readiness service to automatic

None of what i mention above helped me.


Anyone with similar issue?

Windows refuses to update - Error 0x800f0922


Windows won't update, i ran sfc as an Admin in CMD and no issues.

• Adobe is activated on Edge but still doesn't work, could this be related?

System Details
Windows 10 Home 64bit
Build Version: 10586.420

 

Error 0x800F0922 when enabling media player in windows 10 1607

Running Windows 10 (1607) - Media Feature is listed in the windows features - when I check to enable I get error 0x800F0922. .Net 3.5 fully enabled without errors. Need to enable Windows Media Features for some of the other applications to work. I have
already tried various things including reinstalling 1607 - does not help. Desperate to get this fixed. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Are you certain the error number is associated with the KB rather than the Net framework update offered simultaneously?

If you wished to separate the elements offered at this time and try installing them individually, you could use Windows Update Minitool (free) which allows you to select updates individually.
