Windows 10: Error 0x800F0922 when updating KB5017305

Hi! I am getting the error mentioned above . I am trying to install the update KB5017305 on Windows 10 version 1607 and after restarting the machine the system reports it couldn´t install the update.Checking the system event logs I see an error 0x800F0922.I have tried removing the files under DataStore under the %windir%\SoftwareDistribution folder and also tried removing the files under Download.None of that worked.

Windows refuses to update - Error 0x800f0922


Windows won't update, i ran sfc as an Admin in CMD and no issues.

• Adobe is activated on Edge but still doesn't work, could this be related?

Windows 10 1607 - September KB5017305

Hello,

Having a problem when trying to install the latest cumulative update KB5017305. I have installed the SSU prior to attempting to install KB5017305 and still no luck.

Event viewer shows I am getting the error 21498429687 which translates to "Operation was not preformed because there are no applicable updates." even though I currently don't have it installed and this is the latest update. I have previously installed the last month's update without issue

Things I have tried:

• restarting windows components (stopping services [wuauserv, bits, cryptsvc], renaming softwaredistrubution/catroot2, restarting services, reseting winsock.
  
• sfc.exe /scannow
  
• manual installation
  
• dism installation
  

Any other ideas other than running the “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth” as these devices currently don't have internet access.
