Windows 10: Error 0x80242016 when trying to update to version 20H2 even after Clean Boot

I'm on version 1909, OS build # 18363.1440.A while ago I had a boot issue error code 0xc000000e which was solved by using an AOMEI Boot Repair ISO, I don't know if that might've messed with something?I have tried all the steps except for 5 and 6 here because I can't find a KB number, however I did try by using the Media Creation tool.The MCt gave me the following window upon reboot:I've also run setupdiag:Before clean boot:https://pastebin.com/Rm644WNn After Hardware Clean Boot and Clean Boot:https://pastebin.com/XAQgBh6E

Windows 10 Feature Update 20H2 consistently fails with 0x80242016

I am using Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 and trying to update to Version 20H2.

I keep getting 0x80242016 error.

I was in previous version I got 0x80242016 error when trying to upgrade and so after extensive research tried

Windows 10 Installation Media:

1. Insert the Media (DVD/USB) in your PC and restart.
   
2. Boot from the media.
   
3. Select Repair Your Computer.

Select Troubleshoot.

1. Choose Command Prompt from the menu:

Type in the command:
Diskpart
Type in the command:
List disk (Note which disk is your Boot drive number mine is 0)
Type in the command:
Sel disk 0
Type in the command:
List vol (Note which volume is the EFI partition mine is 4)
Type in the command:
Sel vol 4
Type in the command:
assign letter=V:
Type in the command:
Exit
Type in the command:
V:
After you have assigned a drive letter Using Diskpart You can format the EFI partition:
Example: if you assigned a letter V to the partition the command would be:
format V: /FS:FAT32
Type in the command:
bcdboot C:\windows /s V: /f UEFI

This did not work so I wiped hard drive and reinstalled Windows 10.



Now I have an issue that I cannot install Feature Updates. They keep failing to install with 0x80242016 error.
Any ideas how to resolve issue?

I performed a clean installation of Windows 10, the current version. But I have the problem that the kb4515384 update cannot be installed with error 0x80242016. Do you know what caused this error?

I have installed windows 10 1903 by clean way and tried update operating system, but after all windows updates i have checked the update list and seen that pic



but it turned out already have installed that update in "installed updates"



So the main question is "do i need reinstall that update or it installed correct and everything is okay?"
