Windows 10: Error 0x80280013 when I try to unlock pc after Locking it for some time

Since the new windows 11 update, When I lock my laptop for more than 5 minutes and try to login again I get this error code.I can login after restarting but I keep getting this error again and again and I want to remove it. I only use a password, no pin or windows hello. Error code: 0x80280013I tried clearing temp files and cache but nothing helped.

Unlock the windows PC using Dynamic lock.

Dynamic Lock automatically locks my PC when I step away from it. So I'd like it automatically unlock when I get back to it.

I find the Dynamic lock feature incomplete without it automatically unlocking the PC.
