Windows 10: Error 0x80320009 Windows 10

El vuelto a hacer de fabrica ordenador el y me decia que al instalar el antivirus que es por lo que me estaba fallando me ha dicho que no se pudo iniciar el servicio filtrado de base en Equipo Local.

Que puedo hacer al respecto
