Windows 10: Error 0x803F800E. Windows 10

No puedo desacargar un juego en la tienda microsoft de windows 10. Me aparece el código "0x803F800E" Creo que el problema es la adquisición de licencia porque aparece "adquiriendo licencia" y me manda el error.
